MASCU has partnered with Cincinnati Zoo to offer discount tickets to our members. Go to https://tickets.cincinnatizoo.org to purchase tickets. You will need to enter the store name, MASCU, to enter the site.
******** Member Updates ********
Great news everyone!! Our automated phone line is now up and running. You can now use this service anytime of the day to check your account balances, transfer funds, etc. All you need is your account number and your touch tone pin. The automated phone number is 513-422-9847.
If you would rather talk to one of us, we are still available to do all of your transfers as well as give you your account balances. Call 513-422-2392 if you have any other questions.
******** Debit Card Update ********
MASCU is implementing some new changes to our debit cards. With the rise in fradulant cases, MASCU lost approximately $7000.00 last year through reimbursements to our members for fradulent debit card purchases.
MASCU now requires our members who are traveling out of State, to use their debit card as a debit card, with your pin, and not as a credit card (swiping your card and then signing for your purchase). Only pin based transactions will be approved.
IF YOU ARE GOING OUT OF TOWN:
1. Call MASCU and notify us of your travel plans. You will still have to use your pin, but we will notify our debit card processors so that they won't deny your transaction.
2. Carry more than one card with you. We suggest that you apply for a credit card in addition to your debit card. Always have a back up plan.

Leap Year Used Car Loan Special!!

MASCU wanted to celebrate leap year right. Come down and apply for our used car loan special. Right now we are offering a LOW interest rate of 2.9% to celebrate leap year.
This special is only for a used vehicle that is 2005 or newer. The loan is for up to 60 months.
This vehicle can be a used car, truck, SUV, motorcycle, or a watercraft vehicle. That means anything that can be titled.
You can even refinance your vehicle if you have a loan through another financial institution.

Vacation Loan 
MASCU's annual vacation loan special rates start at 7% for up to $3500.00!
2012 Signature Loan 
Depending on your credit score, borrow up to $10,000.00 for up to 72 months. Certain restrictions apply, call 513-422-2392 for more details.
Skip-A-Pay 
Come into the branch to complete a Skip-A-Pay form to skip a loan payment. By participating in this program, you can skip a payment on your MASCU loan(s) for May, June, July or August. The processing fee is $35.00 per loan (excluding home equity loans or credit card payments). Simply choose the month you would like to skip and we will take care of the rest.
******** Credit Union Closings ********
MASCU will be closed on Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen on Tuesday, May 29th for our regular business hours.
***** NEW DEBIT CARD REGULATIONS *****
If you have a MASCU debit card you MUST decide whether to opt-in or opt-out of the debit card overdraft authorizations. If you choose to opt in, MASCU may, at our discretion, approve your one-time debit card transactions even if your account balance may not show sufficient funds available to cover the transaction. If you choose to opt-out, MASCU will not approve your one-time debit card transactions if there are not sufficient funds in your account. Your transaction will be denied at the merchant. If MASCU does not receive a decision from you, you will be opted-out. You may opt-in or opt-out at anytime.
